Hall Rental Fees

Residents will be charged $10 per hour with a maximum charge of $60 for the day.

Non- residents will be charged $10 per hour with a minimum charge of $60 for the day.

Deposit Required

All renters are required to submit a $75 refundable security deposit prior to the rental of the hall to hold the date.

Make payable to:  North Star Township.

If the Township Hall is left as you found it and all items on the Hall Rental Agreement check list have been done, the security deposit check will be returned or destroyed.
